How We Work

We understand that the circumstances under which immigrants seek the right to immigrate to the U.S. differ in every family. Fortunately, we don’t back down from complicated immigration applications. Our immigration lawyers in Florida are here to help you and your loved ones:

  • Find qualifying sponsors under U.S. law
  • Encourage sponsors to fill out a Form I-130 on your behalf
  • File a petition for consideration under the National Visa Center
  • Submit an online Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration alongside all applicable documents, including adoption certificates, marriage or divorce records, and/or birth certificates
  • Secure additional supporting documents, including photos, copies of your DS-260
  • submissions, an interview letter, and a valid passport
  • Attend interviews to discuss your interest in immigrating to the U.S.
  • Pay all of the fees associated with the immigration process
